I am giving lectures and supervising semester projects of the master students at the Master of Science program in Service Systems Design at Aalborg University Copenhagen. In my lectures, I provide a solid foundation for the topic based on academic resources and combine with hands-on workshops. Mostly, at the end of a course, I have a wrap-up the session where students can reflect on their learnings, and receive & give feedback.
