I am a multidisciplinary designer and researcher who enjoys tackling complex challenges. I help organisations to uncover opportunities for innovation. By involving users and different stakeholders in the design process, I lead the process of co-creating new solutions for tackling both daily and long-term systemic challenges. In my work, I care about solving ‘the right problem’ and creating meaningful, viable, sustainable long-term solutions not only for end-users or clients but also for all stakeholders and society at large. Currently, I work as a service designer at Maersk.

Service Jam is a 48 hours challenge to create new service concepts that add value to people's lives using service design methods in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration. A self-organised group of master students from all over the world, we began the Service Design Tour in January 2016. We reached out to various companies and asked if we could pop in for a visit - to see how they are working with service design, to learn about their methods and approaches, and gain oversight how service design is being practised in the field. I participated in the first four tours in London, Copenhagen, Milan and Berlin, where 29 Companies/ organisations have opened their doors to us.
